Joe Kelleher has over thirty two years experience in the land and forest products business. His extensive travel in the southeast and familiarity with resource values led to his motto, "price it right the first time with lots of research." Being a Registered Forester in North Carolina, and a regional forest products company owner, he has spent much of his career on the land. He is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist. Joe loves to overhear newcomers to North and South Carolina and Virginia in the local general stores telling people, "yes, we own some property in the mountains" with such pride in their voices.
