Team Profiles

Morgan Womble is a Raleigh native and after serving in the United States Marine Corps and graduating from NC State University joined the real estate business in 2001. Being a licensed Broker and NC General Contractor, Morgan works closely with builders, developers and land investors. In addition, Morgan is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and has a passion for land stewardship, conservation and investment. He also serves as the President of the Triangle Chapter of Safari Club International.

Katie Womble joined the real estate business in 2002 as a real estate assistant receiving her Broker’s license in 2007. She produces and oversees the marketing, advertising and client paperwork of our inventory. Being very detailed and creative in marketing, Katie works closely with publications to insure that advertising is presented to the reader in an inviting and concise format.

Jeff Garrett grew up in eastern North Carolina. Jeff has lived in the Triangle area for over 30 years. He is an NC State University graduate with degrees in Economics and Business Management. He has over 25 years of marketing and sales experience. Jeff has extensive experience dealing with individual homeowners and provides personalized, detailed service to help buyers find a dream home or sellers list their existing property. He is a Broker licensed in North Carolina. Jeff has been married for 20 years and has two daughters. He enjoys family time, church activities and cooking. As a Rotarian, he is very involved in the community.

Brady Johnson is a Raleigh native and has over 15 years of management experience in construction, public accounting, consulting, and real estate industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team and its clients. Brady holds B.S. degrees from N.C. State University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He is licensed Broker and CPA in North Carolina.
